inCall Systems Receives $170,000 in Remuneration from VoIP License & Consulting Contract.

SAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 14, 2003

inCall Systems, Inc.(TM) (OTCBB:ICAS), announced today that it received $170,000 in remuneration from telcoBlue, Inc., the licensor of its Voice Over Internet Protocol (VoIP) Technology.

The remuneration was in satisfaction of the technology license and consulting agreement the Company signed with telcoBlue during the third quarter of 2002.

Under the 24-month consulting agreement, telcoBlue was to pay inCall Systems $15,000 per month. telcoBlue, in wanting to meet to its obligations under the agreements while reserving its working capital, issued 4,250,000 free trading shares at a value of $.04 per share to inCall Systems. In exchange for these shares, inCall Systems recognized that telcoBlue met its financial obligations to the Company under the terms of their agreements.

telcoBlue, Inc. trades on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board under the symbol of TLCB.
